Not only does our winery process all the cool climate grapes from the three vineyards on our estate, but we also bring in tons of grapes such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier from our contract vineyards in the sunny South Okanagan. Every autumn the winery is a hive of activity as the grapes are brought in to be pressed and fermented. In the spring the white wines are bottled and shipped throughout the province while the reds spend some more time being aged on French oak which add some additional complexities.
